Uckfield Concert Brass provided the musical accompaniment for a ceremony to mark new road signs linking the town with its French and German twins.

The band’s short programme comprised Sussex by the Sea, All in the April Evening, La Marseilles and Jerusalem.

The event, on Saturday afternoon, also featured a French bagpiper and was attended by Uckfield Twining Association, local councillors and friends from Arque-la-Bataille in France.
