People were queuing round the bandstand to get a seat for UCB’s recent seafront concert in Eastbourne.
Perfect evening sunshine and the Proms Night programme pulled in a bumper audience.
The first half of the concert featured American music to celebrate Independence Day. Numbers included Stars and Stripes, Love on the Rocks, and When the Saints.
In the second half, the band played a selection of traditional Proms Night pieces, including Pomp and Circumstance, Jerusalem and Rule Britannia, ending with the 1812 Overture.
