Uckfield Concert Brass said a big ‘thank you’ to the NHS and other frontline services in a special music video launched today.

Band members in homes across Sussex recorded their parts to Over The Rainbow, made famous by Judy Garland in the film The Wizard of Oz.

Bb bass player Beatrice Gullick then put the recordings together into this composite video.

Arranger Nick Morris, the band’s musical director, picked this piece because the rainbow has become a symbol of gratitude to NHS and other frontline staff.
