Back to school
A small group of UCB players visited Blackboys Primary School, in East Sussex, to introduce the pupils to brass music.

Led by cornet, Julie Playford, the group gave a short concert. Some of the pupils also had a go on a brass instrument.
UCB is inviting young people from the Uckfield area to join its starter group. The band is offering free tuition and use of an instrument.
The starter band meets on Tuesday evenings in the function room behind the Alma Arms, Framfield Road, Uckfield, from 7pm-7.30pm.
