Uckfield Concert Brass celebrated the return of band practice on Tuesday 18 May 2021.

The rehearsal, in Uckfield Civic Centre, was the first for more than 14 months because of the Covid-19 outbreak.

The band was delighted to begin practising pieces for its summer programme, including the highlight Uckfield Proms on the Pitch: a summertime musical celebration with grand fireworks finale .

The event, on 17th July, features the best of local talent including Uckfield Concert Brass, The Flat Pack, soloists Jo Appleby and Tom Wasels, Uckfield Theatre Guild, Uckfield Rugby Stagers, Cantando Ensemble and Uckfield Holy Cross choir.
